REMEMBER to register for USA hockey first as you will need your USA Hockey confirmation number to complete FYHA’s registration. You must register for a new number annually; numbers are good thru the end of August. Get a USA Hockey Number.
Coaches and Parent Volunteers must register before they can be on the ice or serve as a locker room/monitor, bench assistant, etc. Please fill out this registration if you intend to volunteer this season.
